L&D Hospitality is a working learning and development platform for people entering UAE hospitality and for organizations running controlled employee-training pilots. It combines public discovery, passwordless accounts, readiness and English pathways, operational scenarios, server-scored evidence, tenant workspaces, and verifiable credentials.
Hospitality training is often fragmented across documents, generic modules, informal shadowing, and systems that show completion without proving how a learner applies judgement in realistic hotel situations.
Build one coherent platform where individuals can discover and complete hospitality learning while approved organizations receive isolated workspaces for staff, assignments, progress, credentials, security, and audit operations. Learning results and certificate eligibility remain server-controlled.
The deployed Controlled V1 connects public course discovery, secure individual identity, UAE foundations, hospitality English, practical learning evidence, controlled organization onboarding, tenant operations, platform oversight, and credential verification while keeping payment, accreditation, and brand-recognition claims explicitly limited.

Product architecture
A person can retain an independent learner profile while later joining one or more organizations through separate memberships. Courses, lessons, scenarios, assignments, attempts, progress, and credentials connect to that identity without turning an organization role into a global user role.
Core product areas
Branching cases ask the learner to protect service, safety, privacy, and operational continuity. Feedback explains the principle behind each strong or weak decision without exposing a reusable answer key.
Attempts, scoring, completion rules, and credential eligibility are calculated against the authenticated learner record on the server. Client-submitted scores are not treated as authority.
Identity and trust
Learners keep their own progress and evidence. Organization access is membership-scoped, and the true platform-owner surface remains a separate permission domain protected by multi-factor verification and current-session step-up evidence.
The linked deployment is an audit preview. It is not presented as a production hotel tenant, an accredited academy, or an endorsed hotel-brand programme. Payment infrastructure remains disabled while learning access is open for this release.
Credential boundary
Eligible pathways issue signed, revocable professional-development records with a PDF, QR code, public verification route, template version, and immutable issuance evidence. They do not claim government approval, university equivalence, CEFR certification, employer acceptance, or hotel-brand recognition.
